Your mission

The CRB project manager acts as the link between dream and reality, between the idea and the finished project. His mission? Getting projects off the ground with method and passion : structuring, inspiring, protecting and transforming plans into solid achievements. He or she ensures that every CRB project is delivered with precision, with heart, and above all… with pride.

What you do every day

• Manage projects from A to Z, respecting budgets, schedules and standards;
• Be a technical reference and a leader in the field;
• Coordinate teams, suppliers and subcontractors seamlessly;
• Build trusting relationships with employees and customers;
• Monitor costs, optimize materials, improve methods;
• Ensuring health and safety on construction sites;
• Give constructive feedback, recognition and inspire the team;
• Actively participate in CRB’s continuous improvement.
