Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks using in-house accounting software.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions and assist with payroll processing.
- Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Schedule projects, track job progress, and monitor related costs.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience
Post-secondary education in Accounting , Business Administration , or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a combined administrative and bookkeeping role.Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of residential or commercial construction practices is considered an asset.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.Demonstrated professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed to support company success.#KPM2
