Position : Change Management Consultant – Senior

Location : Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration : Business Days + Possible Extension

Job Description :

  • Experience and knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies, and tools. (MUST)
  • Experience in development of communication plans, change management strategies and training plans. (MUST)
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders. (MUST)
  • Strong conflict management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). (MUST)
  • Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project. (MUST)
  • Experience identifying and assessing change impacts to business processes and technology solutions to drive adoption. (MUST)
  • Experience leading medium to large transformational change projects. (MUST)
  • Experience applying a structured change management approach and methodology for assigned initiatives. (MUST)
  • Experience developing actionable and targeted change management plans that include communications, coaching, training and / or other resistance management activities. (MUST)
  • Experience defining and measuring success metrics to track adoption, utilization and proficiency related to changes. (MUST)
  • Experience managing the change management process and applying change management best practices to support the project or initiative. (MUST)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills to effectively inform executive decision-making and to report status to corporate governance bodies including group facilitation skills, experience in preparing reports, proposals, briefing materials, presentations, and other communications.
  • Strong consulting skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, demonstrate critical thinking, identify problems, develop, and implement solutions.
  • Strong customer service orientation to ensure needs of clients are effectively met.
  • Demonstrated team player with excellent multi-tasking abilities and a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in a health or clinical context.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting stakeholder engagement activities, particularly in a healthcare context.
  • Demonstrated experience with the privacy and security requirements of software development in a healthcare or clinical context.
