- Oversee on-site production activities to ensure efficient and timely operations
- Manage productivity levels and implement improvements for optimal output
- Supervise personnel, including scheduling and performance monitoring
- Handle overall site management, ensuring a safe and productive environment
Qualifications :
- 3 years of machine operating experience
- 1 year of Team Lead experience
- First Aid / CPR certified
- Own transportation
- Safety shoes required
