SCR Mining and Tunnelling L.P. is hiring for the role of Electrician.

This is a full-time role consisting of 40 52 hours per week pending applicable rotation.

This position is for employment within the city of Greater Sudbury ON

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an Electrician you will:

• Perform a full range of assignments including new installations maintenance and repair to existing wiring electrical systems and electrical components.
• Follow daily line-ups safety procedures and Ontario Regulation 854 Mines and Mining Plants.
• Support construction projects through reliable equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

• 309A Electrical License is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of underground mining experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to health safety and environmental standards.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Underground Common Core modules (U0000 U0001 U0002 U0012).
• Experience working in an underground mine.

Compensation

The compensation range for the position is competitive and based on experience. Hourly base wages are to be between $20.00 to $30.00 CAD hourly incentive bonus.
