Salary Range

Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $200,000 +.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Learn our systems and our culture
  • Ensure world class experience for all of our customers
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory
  • Learn the automotive business
  • Stay up to date on technological changes in the product
  • Communicate with enthusiasm about our products

    • Qualifications and Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus!!
  • Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is also a plus!
  • Customer Service Background is a great start
  • Self-Motivation is a key
  • Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
  • Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
  • Pass a drug screening and criminal background check

    • Pay Defined : The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.45, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
