Participate in continuous improvement projects : optimization processes, efficiency, loss reduction, ergonomics, etc.

Support the production, quality, and engineering teams in various technical projects.

Document changes, recommend solutions, and contribute to standardizing best practices.

Desired Profile

Proficient with drafting software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, welding – an asset).
