Position Overview :

Our team is growing and we are seeking a driven and innovative Product Engineer to lead the development of software initiatives, establish scalable processes, and design new solutions that support the expansion of our cell banking and autologous aesthetic technologies across 100+ partner clinics and at-home nursing networks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, combining technical excellence with strategic problem-solving. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and user-centered solutionson time and within budgetwhile collaborating across teams to enhance operational performance and customer experience.

This is a remote position, requiring strong independence, self-direction, and outstanding communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect, scope, and implement new features across Acorns suite of web and mobile applicationsincluding the patient app, lab portal, website, e-commerce store, and internal tools.
• Design and build scalable dashboards, automations, and data infrastructure to enhance visibility, streamline workflows, and drive team productivity and operational efficiency as the company scales in 2026 and beyond.
• Lead system migrations and data integrations to unify platforms, standardize processes, and improve cross-functional data integrity and interoperability across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.
• Contribute to DevOps, integrations, and IT initiatives to ensure system reliability, security, and uptime, supporting seamless operations across remote and in-clinic environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and scientific teams to translate business and clinical requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
