We are seeking a Program Manager – Environmental / Radiological Services to oversee key environmental and radiological projects and support the continued growth of this specialized business area in Canada. Based out of Port Hope, Ontario office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand ECC’s Environmental Remediation Services business across Canada, including recruitment, team development, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage large-scale environmental and radiological remediation projects , ensuring objectives, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Provide technical direction , project leadership , and client relationship management throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead or support business development and proposal preparation efforts to secure new contracts and partnerships.
• Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and profitability to meet ECC goals.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and process improvements to optimize project delivery.
• Supervise and mentor project teams in accordance with ECC policies and applicable legislation.

Qualifications

Salary Range – ECC targeted base salary range for the area is $180,000 CAD to $215,000 CAD on an annual basis. Actual salary offered may be affected by education, training, certifications, experience, skills, level of responsibility, and location.
