Role

Were looking for a Business Developer to help grow our client base by identifying opportunities qualifying the right leads and supporting deals from first contact to close.

What youll do

Identify and approach relevant companies and decision-makers

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book discovery calls

Support proposals follow-ups and deal progression

Prepare background research for sales conversations

Keep CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date

What were looking for

At least 2 years of experience in sales business development or a client-facing role

Candidate must be based in USA or Canada

Experience or strong interest and knowledge in tech digital products or design-led businesses

Comfortable with outreach follow-ups and lead qualification

Clear communicator structured and proactive

Fast learner with strong commercial awareness
