We are seeking a virtual, customer‑facing tax expert to help our clients complete their taxes and accelerate our goal of powering prosperity worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Help clients complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax guidance and reviewing personal tax returns for customers who complete their own return.
• Prepare full‑service tax returns while managing product / software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers in client‑friendly language.
• Interact with customers via Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Provide real‑time tax guidance in both English and French to customers across Canada.

Compensation

Base pay range : Canadian East Ontario : 24.50–33.50 hourly; British Columbia : 24.50–33.50 hourly; Nova Scotia : 24.50–33.50 hourly. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits as per Intuit’s plans.

Additional Information

The role is part‑time (minimum 20 hours per week) and remote. It requires a Computer / Internet connection and proficiency in video communication tools. This is an existing vacancy, and the posting is currently open.
