We're looking for you to join our team as a Consultant, Banking and Capital Markets in Montreal, QC.
As a Consultant in our Banking and Capital Markets Advisory practice, you will leverage your business acumen and technical skills to assess, capture, and translate complex business issues for clients.
You will design, develop, and optimize business solutions that align with organizational needs. You will cultivate relationships with diverse stakeholders, contribute to a high-performing team, and deepen your understanding of client needs and the banking industry.
Additionally, you will assist with proposals and demonstrations for potential customers, learning from industry specialists and enhancing your skills.
Fluency in written and spoken French is essential. Knowledge of English, as it involves interpreting standards, guidelines, laws and regulations in both languages.
It also involves providing services to both French- and English-speaking clients and collaborating with colleagues inside and outside Quebec and Canada.

- Strong oral / written communication skills
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Management / Business Administration, Engineering, Business Information / Technology, Finance, Public Administration or Data Sciences
- Experience in consulting and / or banking services
- Experience in planning and tracking projects and comfortable working with executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Open to learning and discovering new sectors and business functions
- Eager to work within a team or independently
- Must be fluent in both French and English
