Responsibilities
Customer Service : Strengthen customer relationships by engaging key accounts and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Lead and Inspire : Attract and retain top talent, investing in the team through coaching, training and facilitating opportunities for career growth.
Drive Growth : Lead the sales team, develop sales strategy, establish targets, measuring performance, and motivating and coaching the team to meet and exceed growth objectives.
Optimize Operations : Lead the operations team, overseeing operational standards, cost control, productivity and efficiency across departments.
Drive Efficiencies : Manage outbound logistics and fleet operations, including asset utilization and maintenance. Oversee branch inventory levels and shrink control initiatives.
Drive Safety Culture : Champion safety culture in the workplace, ensuring compliance with all internal safety programs and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
7+ years of leadership experience, with previous business-to-business management considered an asset.
Ability to successfully lead change.
Self-driven learner.
Strong sales and business acumen, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Undergraduate degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
