Regular Day For You Will Include

• As a consultant in loan solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best‑in‑class service.
• Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
• Gathering loan information
• Selling our loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up past due customer accounts.
• Cash controls including taking payments
• Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.
