The Division of Medical Oncology & Malignant Hematology and the Department of Radiation Oncology at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto have full and part time job opportunities for hospitalists who enjoy the challenges and rewards of caring for a diverse group of acutely ill cancer patients. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals, able to work independently, and who liaise appropriately with the oncology multidisciplinary care team.
The successful candidates must be comfortable in providing comprehensive general medical care, including emergency assessments, formulation of care plans, bedside procedures, discussions with patients and their families, and discharge planning. Candidates must be registered for independent practice with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) and have a valid OHIP billing number.
