• Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans schedules budgets and work breakdown structures
• Identify required resources and establish timelines and milestones
• Prepare project documentation including project charters and plans

• Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure tasks are completed as planned
• Assign responsibilities and manage team performance and accountability
• Ensure adherence to project scope quality standards and timelines
• Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates
