Title : Community Health & Home Care Nurse.
Salary : $84,217 - $95,728 (pay range explained below).
Contract : Permanent.
Hours : 18.75 Hours per Week (Part-Time).
Location : Chase, B.C.
Bargaining Unit : Professional Institute for Public Service of Canada.
About the role
As the Community Health & Home Care Nurse, you will provide a comprehensive range of core nursing functions and services (community / public health, primary care, and home care) in First Nations communities. You will work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team. You will focus on promoting health, preventing disease and injury, protecting population health, as well as a focus on curative, rehabilitation, and supportive or palliative care. You will travel to various communities across the province.

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.
As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
