Outside Sales Representative

We are excited to hire a Sales Professional with a focus on safety and packaging supplies. The role is clear : build and execute a plan supported by strategy to grow your sales and margin to achieve your sales budget within your territory. This position is supported with a comprehensive onboarding, training and mentoring program designed to help you make an immediate impact on growing your sales and gross margins.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts.
• Ensure our high customer service standards are met or exceeded during every interaction.
• Develop positive, long‑lasting buying relationships through customer relationship management.
• Attend sales meetings and meet with the sales manager on a regular basis.
• Problem‑solve and conduct needs analysis on a customer‑by‑customer basis to ensure appropriate safety solutions are found and employed.
• Contribute to the team to ensure key performance indicators are met on an individual and branch basis.
