Our team in St. John's, NL is seeking a Project Engineering Lead to join the team! This role provides leadership and oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of technical, project control, and client-facing activities while promoting a high-performance team culture aligned with company values, HSSE standards, and delivery excellence.

What will you be doing?

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day execution of EPCM call-offs, including receiving, reviewing, prioritizing and assigning CTR requests.
• Manage Ad-Hoc work requests from the client according to approved processes ensuring urgent requests maintain the required safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all Project Engineers apply PEM and industry best practices, maintaining consistent quality and technical rigor across communications and deliverables.
• Lead the development, maintenance, and oversight of project plans, schedules, budgets, cost performance, and documentation for all assigned scopes.
• Provide strategic leadership to Project Engineers in change management, procurement, contract administration, cost and productivity tracking, scheduling, and risk management.
• Champion and embed strong HSSE and quality practices across all scopes, modelling safe behaviors and driving compliance with corporate, client, and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee quality and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to protect cost, schedule, and delivery outcomes.
• Ensure consistent client engagement across all tasks -translating client needs into clear project direction, interface coordination, and timely issue resolution.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities and support business growth within the current frame agreement.
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement and resolving issues proactively.
• Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and apply insights to improve future delivery
