We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on a T4 contract basis in a hybrid role based in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 company , providing expert assistance to customers while leveraging your skills in troubleshooting, relationship-building, and technical analysis.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing a variety of technical inquiries related to industry-leading software like 3DS Max and Maya.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and timely assistance to customers with technical inquiries.
  • Investigate, verify, and document product-related issues.
  • Proactively manage support cases and contribute to team goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance support processes and strategies.
  • Prioritize support requests across Standard, Premium, and Enterprise levels.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of technical support experience, with expertise in 3DS Max and / or Maya.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac OS, and Linux platforms.
  • 5+ years in the Media and Entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of industry workflows.
  • Scripting / programming experience (MEL, Python, PyMel) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive mindset, adaptability to change, and eagerness to learn new technology.
