The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations of IMT Elemental, playing a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to support decision‑making and drive the financial success of the facility.

Location : Port Robinson, ON.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts
• Maintain general ledger, including the reconciliation of accounts and journal entries
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital and capital expenditures
• Oversee inventory costing, job costing and cost accounting
• Manage purchasing activities and contracts
• Develop, implement and monitor internal controls and accounting policies
• Support both internal and external audits when necessary
