We currently have a Part Time Shift Lead position open at our Cambridge location. A Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the retail store during assigned shifts. The Shift Lead will motivate and guide the store team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain the store visual merchandizing standards. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching and support on assigned shifts.
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth store operations during shift.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and act as a role model for the store team.
• Ensure all customers are greeted warmly and receive prompt assistance.
• Deliver legendary service by resolving customer inquiries according to Work Authority’s Values.
• Achieve sales targets by motivating the team to provide exceptional sales experiences.
• Train and coach associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure the store is clean, always organized and visually appealing.
• Responsible for the store’s opening and closing procedures.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
• Provide customers with a hassle‑free experience when they need to exchange or return products.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and store operational guidelines.
• Adhere to loss prevention guidelines to minimize theft and maximize store profitably.
