Pest Technician - We’ll Train (Base Salary, Commission & Bonus Included)

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Pest Technician will conduct thorough inspections of residential homes and other businesses, identify pest problems, choose effective eradication approaches, and provide recommendations to prevent future infestations. The role also involves building new business through sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for identified sources, including pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, or other methods.
• Establish contact with potential customers to create new business opportunities.
• Follow safety procedures and product instructions when using fumigants, pesticides, and power‑spraying equipment, including wearing protective gear.
• Manage schedule and route to ensure services are completed in a timely manner.
• Address customer needs and optimize their program on‑site.

Prior experience in route sales, route service, field sales, field service, service technician, territory representative, restaurant manager, restaurant server, construction, hotel manager, sales, or customer service will be considered an asset.

Base salary : $44,365 – $49,035, plus incentive bonus and commission on top of base salary.
