Responsibilities include overseeing sales staff, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Order merchandise
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules

• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
