Ce poste est un poste sur place au bureau de Brossard, au Québec. Centre de distribution - Forman Operations - Francophone - Description du poste : L'objectif principal de ce rôle est de superviser les ressources humaines au sein du centre de distribution et de gérer efficacement les opérations quotidiennes. Le poste consiste à assurer la santé et la sécurité, la qualité du travail et l'engagement des employés tout en adhérant aux valeurs de l'entreprise. • Superviser les ressources humaines dans le secteur assigné et gérer les opérations quotidiennes.
• Assurer le respect des normes de santé et de sécurité et promouvoir le respect des valeurs de l'entreprise.
• Mettre l'accent sur la transparence, l'authenticité et la satisfaction des clients internes et externes.
• Rechercher des améliorations et des innovations dans les processus opérationnels et le développement des équipes.
• Coordonner des projets spéciaux en fonction des besoins opérationnels.
• Assurer des normes élevées en matière de manipulation des aliments, d'intégrité de la température, de prévention de la contamination croisée, d'hygiène et d'assainissement.
• Maintenir et appliquer les normes HACCP.
• Gérer efficacement les problèmes liés à l'immeuble.

• Diplôme d'études collégiales avec trois ans d'expérience en distribution ou en gestion du personnel.
• Maîtrise de divers outils informatiques.
• Solides compétences en travail d'équipe et capacité à favoriser la collaboration.
• Capacité à diriger et à influencer positivement les groupes et à s'adapter rapidement aux changements.
• Grande agilité d'apprentissage et personnalité dynamique.
