Estate & Insurance Marketing Associate

to support our expanding Ottawa office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced, licensed professional to join a rapidly growing and innovative firm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage life insurance applications, policy processing, renewals, and servicing

Conduct plan comparisons and prepare quotes for clients

Support a well-established book of business (70% existing), with leads provided

Deliver a high-touch, client-focused experience to business owners and professionals

Utilize modern platforms and tools to streamline workflows and improve service delivery

Collaborate on client strategy, growth initiatives, and retention efforts

Qualifications

LLQP license (minimum requirement)

3+ years of experience in life insurance, group benefits, or financial advisory

Proven attention to detail with a client-first mindset

Professional communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Proficiency with cutting edge technology and digital platforms

Based in Ottawa with the ability to work in-office at our Central / West end location
