Scala Developer

Location : Montreal, QC ( 3 days onsite required )

We are seeking a Scala Developer with strong experience in building distributed applications using Apache Spark . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in Scala or Java , cloud‑based data platforms, and SQL‑driven data solutions.

Required Skills :

• 5+ Years of experience developing distributed applications using Apache Spark (Scala preferred).
• Strong programming skills in Scala or Java .
• Experience with cloud technologies , preferably Azure and Databricks .
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as DB2, Teradata, or Snowflake .
• Working knowledge of Python .
• Experience with Power BI and Angular is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and meet tight deadlines.
