Key Responsibilities :

Developing a comprehensive architectural design that integrates SMART IT with the BMCHelix ITSM environment, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

Implementation Planning.

Customization and Configuration : Tailoring SMART IT to meet the specific needs of the organization, including custom workflows, forms, and dashboards.

Data Migration : Ensuring the accurate and secure migration of data to the new SMART IT-enabled environment.

Conducting thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of SMART IT in the new environment.

Post-Implementation Support.
