We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to join the Logistics Division. This critical role is responsible for developing, analyzing, and managing competitive and profitable pricing strategies for ground and intermodal freight services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation logistics, exceptional quantitative skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the North American freight sector.

Responsibilities

Handle all ground and intermodal freight pricing :

• Create customized rate structures, quotes, and bid responses for new and existing customers, ensuring quick and accurate turnaround
• Manage and maintain the pricing database, ensuring all rates, tariffs, and cost inputs are current and accurate
• Analysis and reporting of market trends, fuel costs, carrier cost structures, and competitive pricing to identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform margin analysis on completed shipments to evaluate pricing effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
• Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure pricing strategies align with sales goals, operational capacity, and service delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate rates and contractual terms with key carriers
