What You’ll Do : Administrative Support :  Provide general clerical support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Communication Hub :  Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring excellent communication both internally and externally. Document Management :  Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining important documents and records. Scheduling Superstar :  Help manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members, ensuring everyone stays on track. Team Collaboration :  Work closely with various departments to assist with projects and administrative tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus. Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—your work will help keep us running smoothly! Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
