The Role: Beer Manager

Were looking for a beer-savvy customer-focused leader to run the beer department at our new Wine and Beyond location in Saskatoon. As Beer Manager youll be the go-to expert for all things beercraft local import and more. Youll lead a team drive sales manage inventory and create an outstanding customer experience.

What Youll Do

• Lead and support a high-performing department team

• Drive beer sales and customer engagement

• Plan and host in-store tastings and events

• Keep your department clean stocked and visually appealing

• Manage inventory ordering and product launches

• Maintain compliance with safety and liquor regulations

• Support daily store operations and collaborate with management

What You Bring

• 2 years of retail or liquor experience

• Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)

• Strong beer knowledge (Cicerone Level 1 or similar is a plus)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Serve It Right certification (or ability to get it)

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet

• Available evenings and weekends

• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
