Folder-Gluer & Flexo Press / Die-Cutter Operator – Corrugated Packaging Manufacturing

Location- Brampton, ON

Shift- Day Shift (6 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM) | Afternoon Shift (2 : 15 PM – 10 : 15 PM) | Overtime Available

Pay Rate - $18-$23 / hr.

We are currently hiring an experienced Folder-Gluer Operator for a fast-paced corrugated packaging manufacturing facility in Brampton. If you have hands-on experience in packaging, converting, folding, gluing, or corrugated production and strong mechanical skills — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate high-speed folding, gluing & bundling equipment
• Adjust belts, guides, compression & glue systems
• Perform quality checks (dimensions, folds, board type)
• Record production data in SAP
• Change materials per production plans
• Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime
• Provide product samples to Quality Inspectors
• Palletize finished goods
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, LOTO & PPE safety protocols
