Junior Analyst-WW Strategic Planning

About the role

As a Junior Analyst, you will be a member of a team responsible for calculating, processing, analyzing and reporting commission and bonus incentives for our Sales organization. Your activities will also include working with our commission system, performing reconciliations, preparing analysis for sales management and fielding queries from the sales force.

How you will make an impact :

• Track and reconcile sales compensation plans and payments.
• Ensure accuracy in commission and bonus calculations and payments
• Research and resolve all commission and bonus inquires in a timely, accurate and customer centric fashion.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to solve sales compensation-related business problems.
• Provide guidance to sales teams on commissions plan structures, reports, and policy
• Manage exceptions.
• Prepare analysis serving as a basis for decision making.
• Prepare projections based on various variable parameters.
