What You’ll Do

• Required to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance in plant or office facilities and / or on machines and equipment.
• Performs work maintenance trades : machine and equipment repair, basic electrical, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and / or general maintenance.
• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns.
• Uses hand and power tools.
• May be involved in testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment.
• Uses prints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
• May be involved with monitoring / assisting work performed by vendors.
