Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding verbal communication skills to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Maintain a professional presence, including appropriate attire and demeanor tailored to the client environment.
  • Handle and direct incoming telephone calls on a multi-line system, ensuring accurate and complete documentation of messages.
  • Greet and guide visitors, adhering to client security and badge protocols.
  • Set up and maintain files and records efficiently.
  • Schedule conference rooms and manage meeting arrangements.
  • Perform office and records management tasks.
  • Provide coverage for mail, print production, or fulfillment tasks such as faxing, scanning, and copying, as needed.
  • Deliver general administrative support to the team.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • High School diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions.
  • Experienced in delivering services in a client-focused environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, internet navigation, and Windows Explorer.
  • Skilled in operating phone equipment following provided training.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Data entry proficiency.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
