IT Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities

Your main tasks as an IT infrastructure analyst will be;

Management of the company's M365 platform

Maximize the M365 tools in place and ensure the continuous improvement of the tools by staying on the lookout for trends and new solutions

Propose and integrate solutions for continuous improvement of systems

Provide technical support during the integration of new technological solutions

Management and maintenance of unified communications platforms

Process automation via PowerShell scripts

Maintain technical documentation, references and procedures (knowledge base) up to date

Qualifications

What we are looking for :

5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position

Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, Sharepoint, Exchange, OneDrive, CoPilot)

Knowledge of cloud computing solutions

Mastery of PowerShell scripting

Knowledge of Windows server, Exchange, Active Directory, SCOM, VOIP / UC, Citrix

Great ability to adapt, prioritize and work under pressure while being flexible in a dynamic environment
