Birchmount Animal Hospital is welcoming a Registered Veterinary Technician, RVT to join us! We are dedicated to developing and supporting our RVT team, and are looking for a passionate, experienced RVT who is ready to have an opportunity to use your skills to their fullest potential! Some of the invaluable skills and requirements for this role are :
- Have completed a Veterinary Technician program; eligible to register in Ontario
- New graduates are welcome to apply! We love mentoring new graduates!
- Surgical preparation, assisting and patient recovery
- Ability to keep detailed and accurate patient records
- Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients and their pet parents
- Ability to problem-solve or the ability to ask clarifying questions to help you find solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues and pet parents
- Passion to learn more within the role, mentor new grads, and a love for all companion animals!!
