Vice President of Revenue (Saskatchewan)
Harvard Media is on the lookout for a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven Vice President of Revenue for our Saskatchewan operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve outstanding results while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales strategies with broader company goals.
- Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team, encouraging creativity and forward-thinking.
- Ensure all revenue activities align with our core values, emphasizing integrity, customer satisfaction, and community impact.
Essential Knowledge and Skills :
- Proven track record of over 15 years in revenue generation and sales leadership, preferably in a similar industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Data-driven decision making DNA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Deep understanding of the Saskatchewan market, especially Agriculture and the communities we serve throughout the province.
