Daily duties
o Tank measurements
o Prepare the customer invoice.
o Collect the amount of the invoice via cash / EFT Proof of Payment.
o Prepare customer invoices from the delivery notes.
o Plan, organize, and compile delivery trips for trucks, ensuring schedules, routes, and documentation are accurate and complete.
o Compare the bulk shift report from the driver with the meter readings the next day. Prepare customer invoices from the delivery notes.
o Prepare a stock journal of stock from Caledon to Worcester.
o Record the COC sales and deliveries of fuel and perform daily balance with Pastel.
o Attend to all customers at the front desk.
o Serve as the first point of contact by answering all incoming calls and providing information or assistance as needed.
o Perform stock control checks weekly.
