Currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatch Coordinator to be the nerve center of our daily operations.

The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for the real-time coordination of moving crews, trucks, and equipment to ensure all scheduled moves are executed efficiently and punctually.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and assign daily work schedules for all moving crews (drivers, movers, packers) based on job size, location, and crew capabilities.
• Create and optimize efficient routes and driving directions for all vehicles, considering traffic, distance, and time constraints.
• Plan and ensure all necessary resources (packing supplies, specialized equipment, etc.)
• Monitor crew locations and progress throughout the day
• Act as the primary point of contact for crews in the field troubleshooting logistical issues, traffic delays, or unexpected job complications.
• Maintain constant, professional communication with customers regarding estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and any service changes.

Decision-Making : Ability to make quick, logical, and effective decisions under pressure.
