Job description

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our client's team in St. John's.

What We Offer :

  • Salary : $20 / hour plus 4% vacation pay
  • Job Type / Shift : 3pm-11pm, Monday to Friday -EVENING SHIFT
  • Paid weekly -Start Date Monday March 17 2025

What You'll Do :

  • Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry.
  • Check source documents for accuracy.
  • Verify data and correct data where necessary.
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  • Update data and delete unnecessary files.
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Post-secondary education in administration or any related field would be an asset.
  • Minimum of (2 years) relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite : Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
