Project Coordinator (AutoCAD)
Job Title : Junior Project Coordinator (Facilities)
Tenure : Full-Time
Location : London, ON
Pay Rate : $28-35 per hour
Key Responsibilities :
- Ability to understand and work with AutoCAD drawings, update floor plans, and assist with space management projects.
- Support senior project managers in updating project processes, documentation, and timelines.
- Understanding of P3 space management concepts and technical knowledge to support facility-related projects.
- Assist in project estimation, cost tracking, and budget management under the guidance of senior project managers.
- Coordinate with tradesmen and contractors on a union site, ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.
- Work closely with senior project managers and team members to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in project coordination or facilities management is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and P3 space management software.
- Strong technical background and ability to work with project management processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with tradesmen and union site teams.
- Ability to estimate project costs and work under the supervision of senior project managers.
