Key Responsibilities : - Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email- Overseeing the complete order cycle from receipt to delivery, managing inventory and logistics - Updating and maintaining customer and order databases- Working closely with sales and purchasing teams to foster seamless communication and service- Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance processes for greater customer satisfaction and operational efficiency- Collaborating with the sales team on marketing strategies and other essential initiativesRequired Skills and Qualifications : - At least a DEC- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or order management in a B2B environment- Proficient in Office Suite, ERP, and CRM systemsThey offer a collaborative work environment, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits designed to support your professional growth and personal well-being.
