The Role

We are looking for a high-ownership, AI-native Product Manager to work on core product features end-to-end.

This is not a traditional PM role.

You will be expected to think, write, analyze, prototype, and ship with AI as your default operating system.

If you still “occasionally use AI,” this role is not a fit.

If AI is already how you work, this role is designed for you.

What You’ll Do

• Own product features from problem definition → solution design → execution → iteration
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements
• Write PRDs, specs, and documentation using AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborate daily with engineers using GitHub (issues, PRs, reviews)
• Use AI tools for 95%+ of your daily work, including:
• Product specs and documentation
• User research synthesis and insights
• Feature ideation and trade-off analysis
• Rapid prototyping and logic validation
• Work closely with design, engineering, and leadership in a fast-moving startup environment
• Continuously improve product velocity and quality through better tooling and workflows

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• Full-time, on-site availability
• Strong product thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Deep, daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
• Familiarity with vibe-coding / AI-assisted development workflows
• Comfortable working with GitHub (issues, PRs, basic code understanding)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High learning speed, curiosity, and execution discipline
• Strong ownership mindset — you drive outcomes, not just discussions

Strong Plus

• Experience in AI, SaaS, data, or developer tools
• Ability to prototype logic or simple code using tools like Cursor
• Startup experience (early-stage or 0→1 products)
• Good intuition for UX, systems design, and product trade-offs
