Base pay range

CA$29.41 / hr - CA$29.41 / hr

Vacant positions are distributed by seniority. A new employee will start on the night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., on a continental schedule (alternating between 36 hours and 48 hours per week).

The starting hourly rate offered is $30.53. Increases will be given after 6 months.

After 3 months of continuous service, employees become unionized and will have access to the following :

• Group insurances (dental and medical) paid at 90% by the employer.
• Life insurance; accident, death and dismemberment; short term and long‑term disability; and dependent life insurance all paid 100% by the employee.
• Work uniform and safety equipment (glasses and shoes) paid by the employer.

After 1 year of continuous service :

Group RRSP : the employer contributes 4% of the employee's total earnings if the employee contributes 1% of his earnings.
