Nous sommes à la recherche d’un représentant du service à la clientèle qui fournira des solutions aux demandes des clients tout en demeurant courtois et empathique à l’égard de leurs préoccupations et de leurs besoins.

Responsabilités :

  • S’efforcer de satisfaire au mieux les clients à tout moment.
  • Répondre aux appels entrants avec une attitude positive et respectueuse.
  • Fournir aux clients des informations détaillées sur les appareils haut de gamme.
  • Traiter et résoudre les préoccupations ou les problèmes des clients, en assurant un suivi approprié et en proposant des solutions efficaces.
  • Fixer les rendez-vous et envoyer les techniciens de service avec précision.
  • Traiter toutes les demandes des clients avec rapidité et efficacité.
  • Maintenir une documentation précise des informations relatives aux clients dans le système de gestion de la relation client (CRM).

Qualification :

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le service à la clientèle ou dans un centre d’appels.
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires ou qualification équivalente.
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la logistique est un atout.
  • Capacité à écouter activement les préoccupations des clients et à fournir des solutions empathiques.
  • Esprit de collaboration et d’équipe.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement de travail à grande vitesse.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication en anglais et en français.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à naviguer dans plusieurs applications à la fois.
  • Familiarité avec Microsoft Office et Outlook.
  • Une bonne connaissance de Salesforce CRM est souhaitable.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et aptitude à hiérarchiser les tâches.

We are looking for a customer Service Representative that will provide solutions regarding customer inquiries while remaining courteous and empathetic towards their concerns and needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Strive for optimal customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Respond to incoming calls with a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Furnish customers with comprehensive details regarding premium appliances.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up with effective solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians accurately.
  • Handle all customer requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer / client information within the CRM system.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a call center setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in logistics is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in actively listening to customer concerns and providing empathetic solutions.
  • Collaborative team player mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed environment.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both English and French.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and navigate various applications simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and adeptness at prioritizing tasks.
