Property Administration and Leasing Assistant

We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick.

We're in search of a full-time Administrator for one of our properties in Barrie, Ontario.

Salary commensurate with experience.  You have : - Knowledge of yardi and processing POs - A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service - Excellent computer skills - particularly in Word, Excel and E-mail - Strong administrative skills and energy in this fast-paced environment - Good people skills and excellent customer service, ability to deal with diverse groups of tenants - The ability to interact positively with tenants and staff - Excellent written and spoken English skills - Efficient, fast paced learner who can work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines - Experience working in the administrative, residential and property management sector is a bonus MetCap Offers : - Full-time position - Health benefits - Cellphone - Training We thank all those who apply, but only selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
