About The Role
BREWDOG ARE ON THE HUNT FOR A DUTY MANAGER! BrewDog Waterloo will be the BIGGEST BrewDog location in the world, encompassing two floors of amazing craft beer, spirits, food and entertainment in the centre of the city. This prestigious site will become a flagship for the brand from the moment those doors open. Set in the brand-new Waterloo Station development, minutes from the London Eye, Houses of Parliament and other world-famous landmarks, this is going to be truly one of a kind.
This unique site is going to be a new immersive craft beer destination for London, with one of our biggest bars, brewery, stand-alone cocktail bar, coffee shop, workspaces and bowling alley… yes, we said a bowling alley!

Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. And now, we’re looking for a talented and passionate Duty Manager to join our team. In this role you’ll be assist and support the management team in the running of shifts, and be involved in various back of house duties alongside front of house tasks. A big part of your job will be supporting, training and guiding our amazing staff to be even more incredible in their roles – making the bar a destination people want to come to. This role specially focuses on managing shifts and team on our busy bars.
You’ll be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate & confident individuals, made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar.
About You
You’ll have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a management role in hospitality.
Knowledge of craft beer for this role would be desirable, but a willingness to learn if you don’t is essential. We’ve got all of the tools (and the beer), you just need to be excited to learn. You also must be customer service focused above all else, making sure every single experience a customer has rocks every time they come into the bar.
