About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for the administration of vehicle inventory, transactions, and sales. Specifically :

Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, managing the sales manager's calendar, and coordinating logistics for van deliveries.

Handling correspondence, screening calls and emails, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Complete CRM / portfolio communication management.

Managing delivery files, maintaining filing systems (both physical and electronic), and handling other administrative duties to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information and communications related to sales strategies and client data.
