Customer Service Representative (6 Month Contract)

Calgary, Alberta, On-Site

Compensation : $20 / hour, Full-Time

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-10 hour shifts. During peak season weekend availability is required and possible extended hours.

DCCHail is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Calgary, Alberta . We are a growing team with opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities :

Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
Outbound calls to customers with status updates
Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries
Update internal systems with detailed / accurate notes
Assist with in person customer service as well as office work

Requirements :

High School Diploma

Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry

Strong organizational and time management skills

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

French is an asset
